09/17 2007 is Danger’s third EP, the character imagined by Franck Rivoire and a key figure of the record label Ekler’o’shock (over 3 millions plays on Myspace). Following 09/16 2007 he transports us to a different jungle, an urban one this time. New EP, new setting, just as you go up a level in video games, which have always inspired Danger. Not forgetting Spike Lee’s old movies: 09/17 2007 would be the ideal soundtrack for a 2010 remake of Do The Right Thing. 09/17 2007 is more street than club, and is, to this day, his most accessible EP. In his latest tracks, which remain very narrative, he uses introductions, sound effects and onomatopoeias : “what truly matters to me is to create a strong background for all of them”

3h11:
I composed this track thinking of the character Radio Barjo of Do The Right Thing. I boosted all the high notes to produce « a Walkman effect, » reminiscent of an 80s – early 90s street mood. I also found inspiration in Technotronic, breakdance instrumentals (I used keyboards from that period) and even Yuzo Koshiro, the composer of soundtracks for the game Streets of Rage.
4h30:
For this track, I imagine myself walking down a dark alley, alone, while a group of cyberpunks dressed in a Madmax style stare at me, I see Harrison Ford investigating (Blade Runner), and Maurice Dantec.
3h16:
I have always wanted to create a theme for all the bad guys in cartoons and boss’ in video games. So I used jumpstyle elements to produce a kind of a silly and unwavering military march.
